This residential project is situated in the city center and is characterized by a people-centric approach to design, tailored to the specific requirements of the homeowner. In response to the homeowner's preference for favorable Feng Shui, adjustments were made to the layout of the entrance hall. Furthermore, to address the homeowner's extensive storage needs, the utilization of storage space throughout the entire residence was optimized. In consideration of the presence of young children in the household, the interior design incorporated rounded shapes to mitigate the risk of collisions and injuries. The utilization of logs and grayscale tones contributed to the presentation of a modern, minimalist style, resulting in a home that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Upon entering the designated area, it is evident that the team has strategically positioned a screen in the foyer to manipulate the airflow, effectively addressing the feng shui deficiencies. This is in response to the alignment of the entrance and the living room's floor-to-ceiling windows, a traditional architectural arrangement believed to result in a wealth deficiency as a consequence of direct sunlight permeating the hall. Notably, the screen incorporates glass elements to harness natural light, thereby contributing to a luminous and airy entrance. Complemented by white iron shelves, the screen embodies delicacy and lightness while serving practical storage functions. Transitioning into the living room, the integration of the TV wall with storage cabinets is indicative of a deliberate effort to optimize storage capacity. The enclosed design of the cabinets mitigates visual clutter and ensures an optimal audio-visual experience. Furthermore, concealed doors have been adeptly employed to harmoniously merge the access points to the master bedroom and guest bathroom within the encompassing wall, fostering a cohesive ambiance. The primary color scheme of the master bedroom comprises white and natural wood, with furniture featuring rounded headboards, table corners, and arches, evoking a warm and organic ambiance. The rear wall, located behind the bed, is coated with cement paint, allowing for seamless future repairs matching the original color.
