The Coco Safar High Tea is a multi-sensory culinary journey that will take you from Cape Town to Sicily, Barcelona, Istanbul, then on to Toronto, Paris and finally Shanghai. You will be taken through your multi-chapter sweet and savoury experience by our onboard culinary team. Our Head Chef in the Savoury Kitchen and our Pastry Chef in the Patisserie Atelier will ensure you have a memorable journey, whilst our Beverage Curator will help you pair your experience with a fitting tea or coffee experience and recommend champagne, MCC or wine from our Wine List should you be so inclined.
