We have the power to make good choices, and this is a place where your holiday can have zero impact on the environment. Here, you can find the values needed for sustainable growth. Our eco-organic luxury resort has the lowest levels of environmental impact; every day, we respect the ethical practices which go beyond the many prizes and institutional certificates we have won. This resort was once a customs point in 1600, where anyone looking to cross the border between the Papal State and the Grand Duchy of Tuscany could find shelter and respite. Today, Sant’Egle is a historic property, carefully restored as an eco-construction to house, in a sustainable way, a luxury, eco-design in-keeping with the local style. A project based on the ideas of no plastic, low wastage, rainwater collection, complete recycling of rubbish, solar energy and water heating, electronic gardening equipment, auto-gas production, organic, home-grown produce, and biodynamics, certified to 0km. To be in harmony with nature and with the environment, for us, is a choice. Our priority is – as everyone’s should be – paving the way to a better future.
