This underwear series aims to redefine the functional boundaries of intimate apparel, evolving it from an invisible basic layer into a highly recognizable fashion item. Drawing inspiration from the “faux-two-piece” structure of ready-to-wear garments, it adopts an innovative double-waistband design, which ingeniously integrates a high-waist thong into a classic underwear silhouette. This not only provides the secure coverage of traditional underwear but also effectively flatters the body’s proportions through clever waistline segmentation. Within the current aesthetic context where crop tops and low-rise pants are making a comeback, this product enhances outfit layering, empowering women to express a confident, vibrant, and trend-setting attitude in an appropriate and sophisticated manner. To ensure comfort, the design team has meticulously calibrated the widths of the double waistbands: the inner band measures 5–9 cm to deliver a secure fit, while the outer band is kept at 1.5–3 cm, resulting in a layered “narrow-over-wide” structure. With an integrated side stitching process, the inner and outer layers remain perfectly aligned during daily wear. Whether the wearer is walking or sitting, the product resists rolling, bunching, or shifting, balancing structural stability with wearing comfort. Furthermore, it features 3D tailoring technology, zoned elasticity, and a non-marking full-coverage back, adapting precisely to the body’s movements—seamlessly merging body shaping functionality with unrestricted freedom. Additionally, the inner layer, crafted from ultra-fine-fiber, two-way stretch fabric, fits like a second skin. The gusset utilizes a blend of 92% cotton and 8% mulberry silk, with an antibacterial agent added at the spinning stage to meet 10A bacteriostatic standards, creating a safe, long-lasting barrier for intimate health.
