Using ultrasonic-assisted extraction, dried and crushed Damiana leaves are mixed with an appropriate solvent and subjected to ultrasonic treatment. The extract is then filtered, and the filtrate is concentrated to dryness to obtain Damiana leaf extract. Through enzymatic hydrolysis, oyster proteins are broken down into small molecular peptides, preserving the bioactive compounds and significantly enhancing their bioavailability. Oil is removed from hemp seeds using organic solvents, and the protein is extracted and hydrolyzed with protease. The supernatant is collected by centrifugation and freeze-dried to produce hemp seed peptides. Using ultrasonic-assisted extraction, burdock powder is mixed with a solvent (e.g., water or ethanol) at a specific ratio and processed with ultrasound. The mixture is filtered, and the filtrate is concentrated to dryness to yield burdock extract. A combined ultrasonic and ultra-high-pressure extraction method is used. Dried goji berries are crushed and extracted under 400MPa pressure. The material undergoes cavitation in a cavitation extractor, followed by ultrasonic extraction with 55% ethanol (4 times the raw material) at 40kHz for 10 minutes. The extract is processed through a pressure-assisted filtration system, a multi-stage membrane separation system, and a resin column separation system. The resulting solution is concentrated using a membrane concentration system and dried to obtain goji berry extract. Ginseng is washed, vacuum freeze-dried, and coarsely ground. Further refinement is done using a vibrating rod mill. The fine ginseng powder is preheated to 40-50°C with a moisture content of 25-35%, and then granulated in a fluidized bed granulator at 60-80°C. Purified water (25-35% of the powder weight) is added via a peristaltic pump. The granules are dried until the moisture content reaches 10-15%, yielding 15-30 mesh ginseng powder. Using a continuous counter-current ultrasonic extraction method, dried Tongkat Ali is pulverized to 80-120 mesh and subjected to ultrasonic extraction. The extract is centrifuged, ultrafiltered, and membrane-concentrated. An inclusion agent is added, and the mixture is homogenized for 10-30 minutes. The homogenate is then spray-dried to obtain Tongkat Ali extract.
